Line Cook

About Us:

We are a quality-driven restaurant focused on delivering great food and a welcoming experience. We’re looking for a reliable, self-driven and motivated Line Cook to join our team in a small, seasonal scratch kitchen.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years line cook experience in a high volume, fast paced kitchen
• Proficiency in ALL stations
• Strong attention to detail, time management, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, dependable and punctual
• Team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities:

• Prep and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Maintain quality, consistency, and pacing under pressure
• Adhere to state and local health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen setup/breakdown

Schedule:

• Tuesday - Thursday 2pm-9/9:30pm
• Friday & Saturday 2pm-10/10:30pm
• Sundays & Mondays off
