✔️ Previous professional experience as a Cook or in a related culinary position

✔️ Experience with food preparation and cooking in a commercial kitchen

✔️ Knowledge of recipes, portion control and kitchen procedures

🍽️ WHAT YOU MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Depending on the employer and position, responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes

• Completing mise en place and daily food preparation

• Managing portions and maintaining consistency

• Assisting with plating and food presentation

• Following food safety and sanitation procedures

• Properly storing, labeling and rotating ingredients

• Maintaining a clean, organized and safe workstation

• Supporting chefs and other kitchen team members

• Helping maintain smooth kitchen operations during high-volume service
