Line Cook

Toscana Forno Peabody is looking for experienced cooks & Prep-cooks with strong knife skills and a strong work ethic to join our team.

Responsibilities include Cutting, working w/ Ovens, Chopping & Grilling, Sauté. Experience with a flat-top grill and gas grill are a plus.

This position requires full flexibility for day and night shifts and weekends.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and handling regulations.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to create a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, catering.
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must have valid US work authorization.
