Part-Time Line Cook

We are looking for a Line Cook with experience in Italian cuisine to join our kitchen team.

Requirements and responsibilities:

• At least 1 year of experience cooking Italian food in a restaurant kitchen.
• General experience across kitchen stations, including salads, pasta dishes and main courses.
• Prepare ingredients and set up the station before service.
• Cook and plate dishes consistently, following restaurant recipes and standards.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services.
• Keep the work area clean and organized and follow food safety practices.
• Communicate and work well with the rest of the kitchen team.

Availability: Full availability for lunch and dinner shifts on weekdays and weekends is required. Your approximately 30 weekly hours will be scheduled within these service periods according to restaurant needs.
