QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

·        2–3 years of experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or in a similar kitchen position, preferably in a restaurant or hotel.

·        Knowledge and proficiency in basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and proper knife handling.

·        Ability to follow restaurant recipes, food preparation procedures, and quality standards consistently.

·        Good English communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

·        Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.

·        Knowledge of proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards, including HACCP principles.

·        Responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and properly sanitized workstations, tools, and kitchen equipment.

·        Ability to monitor food supplies, assist with inventory control, and minimize food waste.

·        Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and follow kitchen procedures.
