Line Cook (Growth Opportunity Available)

Compensation for this position is determined based on prior experience, technical ability, station knowledge, and overall fit. Candidates with strong culinary skills, leadership ability, and multi-station experience may qualify for higher starting pay.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and execute menu items accurately and consistently according to recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout service
• Follow prep lists, station responsibilities, and production timelines
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and handling standards (DOH / HACCP compliant)
• Manage station setup, stocking, and mise en place throughout shifts
• Label, date, rotate, and store products properly (FIFO)
• Execute ticket flow efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
• Support to-go orders, catering, and peak service operations
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning procedures thoroughly
• Assist with deliveries, inventory organization, and kitchen upkeep
• Support teammates and contribute to a strong kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For

• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Commitment to food quality, cleanliness, and professionalism
