Line Cook (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Line Cook with strong experience in preparing Filipino comfort food and exposure to international cuisines. The ideal candidate has a restaurant or catering background, is passionate about cooking, and can consistently prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.

Experience

• Strong expertise in preparing authentic Filipino comfort food and traditional Filipino cuisine.
• Experience preparing international cuisines, including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Western, and Southeast Asian dishes.
• Experience working in a restaurant, catering, cloud kitchen, or similar food service establishment.
• Knowledge of proper food handling, kitchen sanitation, and waste management practices.
• Experience working collaboratively with a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Adept in culinary Filipino and other international [cuisines/dishes/styles]
• Experience working in a restaurant, catering, or similar food service establishment
• Creative and have sharp taste
• Basic knowledge of costing and waste management
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure
• Good communications skills
• Self-motivated and passionate
