WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Line Cook, you'll help drive the kitchen's rhythm, turning out high-quality dishes that hit every time. You'll prep, cook, clean, and communicate-all while keeping cool under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of menu items using standardized recipes
• Cook using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
• Maintain quality, portion control, and plate presentation standards
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Work alongside a tight-knit kitchen and FOH crew to keep service running smoothly
• Help with kitchen open or close shifts as needed
• Clean and maintain your station like a pro

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Solid cooking skills (professional kitchen experience preferred)
• Attention to detail and pride in plating
• Ability to work efficiently during high-volume shifts

• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, or brunch shifts
