Weekly availability needs:

• Fridays 3-10
• Saturdays 2-10
• Sundays 1-9
• 1st Wednesday of the month 4-9

Monday + Tuesday off EVERY week

(No more “maybe I’ll see my friends this decade”)

• You’ve run a station like a war general and can teach the new kids without screaming (most of the time)
• You still get goosebumps when the rail sings in perfect harmony
• You want to keep learning, contribute ideas, and actually be heard
