Salary: AED 4,000 per month

Job type: Full-time

Prepare and cook dishes on the restaurant service line as part of the operations kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Complete mise en place and keep your station ready.

• Cook orders to approved recipes and portion standards.

• Coordinate with section chefs and the kitchen pass.

• Replenish ingredients and maintain clean, safe work areas.

• Support related kitchen stations when required.

Requirements

• Professional restaurant cooking experience.

• Ability to follow recipes and deliver consistent dishes during busy service.

• Good food hygiene, organization and teamwork.
