Job Description:
As a Line Cook/Bowl Assembler at Zukku Sushi, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Asian-inspired dishes to perfection. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to quality will contribute to our restaurant's success in delivering outstanding food to our customers.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and plating guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workstation, including proper handling of equipment and utensils
Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in all food preparations
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient operations during peak hours
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Assist in food prep and assembly to meet high-demand periods
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and management

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant setting
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with accuracy
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to our restaurant's specific menu and cooking methods.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Rate: $15.00-$16.00/hr + avg hourly tips $5-14/hr
