We are looking for an experienced (or willing to learn) Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations If possible. If there is no cooking experience in work history, no worries, we are willing to offer on-the-job training and will be extremely understanding during the training process. The successful candidate will be responsible for following recipes, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to high quality standards. The Line Cook must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menus.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and to the correct temperature.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with other kitchen staff regarding menu items, special orders, and customer requests.
