Line Cook/Cook

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes, standards, and procedures.
• Perform food preparation tasks such as cutting, portioning, marinating, and other assigned preparations.
• Ensure that food is cooked properly and presented according to company standards.
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Keep the kitchen, cooking stations, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper portioning.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations and company policies.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and monitoring kitchen supplies when assigned.
• Minimize food waste and properly handle ingredients and kitchen materials.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Cook, Line Cook, Kitchen Staff, or in a similar restaurant position is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
