Job Overview

Join our team as a Line Cook / Prep Cook and help prepare high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll be responsible for food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and supporting an efficient kitchen operation.

Duties

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Monitor food quality, portions, and temperatures.
• Properly store, label, and rotate ingredients.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Experience

• Previous line cook, prep cook, restaurant, or food service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
