Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in fast-paced restaurant environments. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring that all food is cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, grills, fryers, and ovens.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Participate in catering events as required, showcasing your culinary skills in various settings.
• Uphold the standards of fine dining through attention to detail in presentation and flavor.

Experience

• Previous experience as a cook or line cook in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, particularly knives and food preparation devices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
• A passion for the food service industry and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
