Duties

• Assist with food preparation and meal assembly in the kitchen
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and fryers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Assist with receiving and storing food supplies
• Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure smooth operations

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred
• Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
• Ability to use knives and other kitchen tools safely and effectively
• Familiarity with different cooking techniques and food preparation methods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the front of house team. Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred, along with knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices.
