What You’ll Do

• Craft and cook menu items with precision and passion
• Plate dishes with consistency, speed, and style
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards like a pro
• Assist with prep: chopping, marinating, portioning, and more
• Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for action
• Collaborate with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Restock supplies and communicate inventory needs
• Adapt to changing demands and menu variations
• Support exceptional customer service and handle special requests
• Uphold Cilantro Urban Eatery’s reputation for quality
• Take on additional tasks as needed — teamwork makes the dream work

What You Bring

• Experience as a line cook or similar role (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation
• Recipe-following skills and consistency in execution
• Excellent teamwork and communication
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Physical stamina — standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and staying active
• Food Handling Certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, holidays
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-first mentality

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
