Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in assembling dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
• Cook a variety of menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
• Follow strict food safety and handling procedures to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service delivery

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or culinary environments
• Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques, grilling and food preparation methods
• Knowledge of safety standards in production and food handling practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus
• Excellent understanding of menu planning, meal prep, and catering processes
• Commitment to food safety management and adherence to health regulation.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
