What they need
AMARA Mediterranean is looking for reliable and hardworking Line Cooks / Prep Cooks to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food for daily service
- Operate flat top grill & fryer
- Prep meats, vegetables, rice, sauces, and other ingredients
- Follow recipes and portion standards
- Keep your station clean and organized
- Follow food safety procedures
- Help with opening and closing duties
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and on time
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Works well with a team
- Kitchen experience preferred, but we’re willing to train
- Weekend and evening availability is a plus
Full-time and part-time positions available.
