Railhouse Pub is looking for a skilled Line Cook / Culinarian to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is high-energy, motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The right person will thrive on the challenge of working quickly and efficiently while still maintaining excellent food quality and presentation.

At Railhouse Pub, we put a strong emphasis on the quality of the food we serve. Our menu is centered around locally sourced Certified Piedmontese beef, which we use to create an ultra-premium burger, along with other high-quality ingredients throughout our menu.

We make a great effort to ensure the products coming into our kitchen meet a high standard, and we expect every member of our team to treat those products with the same level of care and respect.

For someone who wants to grow in the kitchen, this is also an opportunity to learn to cook at a high level, strengthen your technique, and develop valuable skills used in professional commercial kitchens.

Experience & Skills:

• Culinary Skills: Strong cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Food Safety: Understanding of food safety and sanitation requirements
• Knife Skills: Proficiency with knives and other kitchen tools
• Organization: Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Independent Work: Ability to work independently, stay productive, and make sound decisions without constant supervision
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions accurately while maintaining consistency and presentation
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and move kitchen supplies and equipment
