We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Prep Cook / Line Cook to join our team at Trattoria Villagio. We are a busy Italian restaurant with a fast-paced kitchen, and we’re looking for someone who is ready to work, dependable, and able to keep up during high-volume dinner service.

We are open evenings only, Tuesday through Sunday, and closed every Monday.

Responsibilities include food prep before service, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and workstation, assisting with cleaning and kitchen upkeep, stocking and preparing stations, and working on a busy, fast-paced line during dinner service.

The right candidate should be able to work quickly and efficiently, multitask, stay organized under pressure, and work well as part of a team. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is reliable, shows up when scheduled, has a strong work ethic, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

Restaurant kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Availability: Early Afternoon-Evenings, Tuesday through Sunday

Monday: Restaurant closed

Work environment: Fast-paced, high-volume dinner service

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
