Duties

• Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
• Assist in food preparation, including slicing, dicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients with precision
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, mixers, and food processors
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen tools to uphold food safety standards in production
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation, communicate effectively, and uphold high-quality standards during service
• Weekend and Holidays Required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and safety standards in production environments
• Experience operating various kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Familiarity with recipe adherence, and meal preparation processes
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork within the kitchen environment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
