Line Cook/Prep Cook

We are in need of Line cook/prep cook to staff our morning and night shift. The ideal candidate believes in showing up on time for work, providing other employees with assistance in the kitchen as needed and following all sanitary and health-related protocols. We’re a busy and growing restaurant franchise and we are willing to consider advancement opportunities for the right candidate. We’re offering a consistent schedule and good pay with benefit for a dedicated employee.

* Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.

*Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.

*Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.

*Daily cleaning, maintaining sanitation standard

*Punctual and available to work on weekends

*At least an year of kitchen line cook or prep cook experience required

*Excellent critical thinking and time management skills

*Ability to operate industrial machinery and carry loads up to 25 lbs

*Willingness to work in hot, humid environment and on your feet for up to 8 hour shifts

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
