Line Cook/Prep Cook

Camp 31 BBQ is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our kitchen crew. Whether you’re a seasoned pitmaster or a quick learner looking to start your culinary career, we want to hear from you.

The Role

You’ll be the engine behind our award-winning BBQ. We are hiring for multiple shifts, including early morning smoker shifts (prepping the meat for the long haul) and fast-paced service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep & Execution: Prepare ingredients and execute recipes to Camp 31’s high standards.
• The Pit: Manage smoker temperatures and meat rotations (for morning shifts).
• Line Work: Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume lunch and dinner rushes.
• Cleanliness: Keep a tidy station and follow all food safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• Work Ethic: You’re someone who shows up ready to hustle and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Growth Mindset: You learn fast and can take direction in a busy environment.
• Reliability: Morning smoker shifts require punctuality—the smoker doesn't wait!
• Experience: Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required. If you have the right attitude, we’ll train you.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
