Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Cook menu items accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Support menu planning by assisting with ingredient inventory and stock rotation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to sanitation standards
• Assist with catering orders and special event meal preparations as needed
• Serve dishes promptly and courteously to ensure excellent customer service

Experience

• Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but we will train the right candidate
• Familiarity with food industry safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation and cooking methods
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
