Prep & Line Cook – Small Kitchen Team

We are looking for a reliable Prep & Line Cook to join our small kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced but supportive environment and takes pride in preparing quality food.

Responsibilities:

• Food prep including knife skills, portioning, and basic recipe preparation
• Cooking and plating menu items during service
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Assisting with daily kitchen setup and closing duties
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Working as part of a small team to keep service running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience (one year MUST)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed
• Good Communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation
