Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a strong background in meal preparation and food handling. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each meal meets our standards of excellence.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or culinary roles, preferably in a restaurant or fine dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, meal preparation, and culinary techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team within the dietary department.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A passion for creating delicious meals that meet dietary needs and preferences.
