Duties

• Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, Grills, and Fryers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety standards in production.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with staff to coordinate timing and ensure smooth service flow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or dietary departments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production environments.
• Proficiency in food preparation techniques including slicing, dicing, portioning, and recipe adherence.
• Skilled in operating various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent knife skills with precise slicing techniques.
• Experience with meal preparation for large groups or catering is a plus.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
