We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to high standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble ingredients according to recipes and quality standards
• Cook menu items efficiently and consistently, ensuring proper presentation and taste
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
• Assist in inventory management by stocking and rotating ingredients as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours
• Follow all safety procedures and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Support the opening team in setting up kitchen operations for a new restaurant location

Skills

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, safety standards, and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist with various kitchen tasks
• Passion for culinary arts and eagerness to learn new skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
