Something new is coming to Trinity, Florida, and we're building our opening team from the ground up.

Roma Social is a brand-new, chef-driven restaurant built on two things: food worth talking about, and hospitality so genuine our guests won't find it anywhere else. We call it uncommon hospitality, and we're hiring for every position in the building, front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and safety guidelines
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and slicers efficiently and safely
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
• Follow food handling procedures and safety standards during all stages of meal preparation
• Assist with menu planning by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation techniques
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal production and ensure timely service
• Adhere strictly to recipe specifications and portion control to ensure consistent quality in every dish

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a restaurant or food service environment
• Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and ingredient prep
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and compliance with health regulations
• Experience with dietary department procedures and dietary aide responsibilities is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed recipes accurately while maintaining efficiency under pressure
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members
• Familiarity with catering processes and menu planning for diverse dietary needs
