Line Cooks

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll ensure all dishes meet Thirsty Badger’s standards for quality, consistency, and presentation while maintaining a clean and safe work station.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and standards
• Ensure stations are stocked, organized, and clean throughout your shift
• Work efficiently with team members to deliver high-quality food during busy service times
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist with prep work, cleaning duties, and inventory when needed
• Maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented kitchen environment

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right person
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be 16 years or older
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (especially Fridays and event nights)
