We're looking for a Line Coordinator in Neuchatel to ensure the efficient operation of our production line(s). You will lead a production team during the shift and create the conditions to perform. You will translate production priorities into clear actions.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys being close to operations, takes ownership of results, and knows how to combine high standards with supportive and engaging people leadership.

Impact You'll Own

• Lead, coach and motivate your team, supporting performance, development and long-term career growth
• Promote our safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach
• Drive operational results, monitoring line performance, identifying emerging losses, and coordinating timely actions to achieve the production plan.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the processes of our Daily Management Systems (BOS, QBOS, CL, CIL…), ensuring their effectiveness and enabling the team to work on priorities
• Lead Daily Direction Setting (DDS) using operational data to focus the team on priorities
• Ensure accurate input of operating data from the production floor to guarantee data integrity
• Ensure continuity between shifts with structured handovers.

Skills & Experience

• High School Degree with Technical background
• Experience in Manufacturing, Team management and Quality Management System
• Knowledge of lean production systems and MES, MPA, SPA, SAP
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• French proficiency and good level of English.
