About the Role

We are looking for a Production Line Leader to oversee daily assembly line operations and ensure that production targets are achieved efficiently and consistently in Bataan. This role involves managing team performance, maintaining quality and safety standards, supporting production staff, and addressing operational issues to keep the production line running smoothly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily assembly line operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Monitor production output, workflow, and manpower allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Lead, guide, and monitor production staff to ensure proper performance and productivity.
• Train and orient new and existing team members on work procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Set up and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production line.
• Identify and resolve operational issues that may affect production efficiency.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Ensure that all team members follow company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Minimize production waste, downtime, and operational inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding production, quality, maintenance, and manpower concerns.
• Prepare and maintain basic production reports and records.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

About You

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Undergraduate College Level.
• With 1–2 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in assembly line operations or as a team leader is an advantage.
• With good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage and motivate production team members.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of basic machine operation and production processes is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Able to work effectively with different teams and handle operational concerns.
