Line Leader

a) Ensure meet daily production targets.

b) Ensure compliance with quality, tidiness and cleanliness in the production area.

c) Cooperate with QA personnel to investigate quality problems and take the necessary corrective actions to prevent

recurrences.

d) Assign job duties, instruct and supervise production operators.

e) Coordinate issuance of materials from, return of surplus materials to, and the transfer of finished goods to, the

Warehouse.

f) Monitor operators’ performance in the assigned lines and make periodic checks on product quality.

g) Assist training and development of low performance and new operators and to ensure they follow company rules and

regulations.

h) Arrange for overtime when necessary.

i) Ensure subordinates comply with the required procedures and instructions in GMP, ISO and ESH.

j) Ensure line checks, production records and output are correctly issued and submitted on time.

k) Monitor yield and line efficiency of products.

l) Assist and carry out any other related function assigned by Supervisor – Production, Assistant Supervisor - Production.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
