Line Maintenance Supervisor

About The Role The Line Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our production lines. This position is responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, coordinating with various teams to minimize downtime, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required.
• Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent technical certification.
• Previous supervisory experience in a maintenance or technical role.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities on the production line.
