The Role

Grow your career with our expanding industry leading business! Join our Production team as a Line/Forklift Operator. Reporting to the Shift Production Manager this role involves:

• Work in a state-of-the-art bakery continuous production environment
• Monitoring the production line and machines
• Identifying and resolving production issues
• Mixing experience essential for mixing roles
• Liaising with maintenance to resolve complex issues
• Undertaking thorough cleaning of the line between lines and throughout shift
• Packing products as required (this includes cold environments)
• Cleaning the production line and surroundings
• Operating a forklift to move product and ingredients into and out of production

What you Bring:

• Previous experience as a line operator in a fast-paced FMCG environment
• Forklift licence essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethics and a positive attitude
• Ability to be flexible under changing environment and workloads
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple processes
• Attention to detail
• Initiative and question when in doubt
• Ability to work as a team member and autonomously
• Ability to lift up to 25kgs
