Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, following safety and sanitation guidelines
• Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders swiftly and accurately
• Handle cash transactions with precision, giving correct change and managing cash handling procedures
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling equipment
• Assist in food presentation and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to keep service flowing smoothly and minimize wait times

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Strong cash handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
