Line Service Technician

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

· Park aircrafts when arriving or departing ramp area.

· Tow Aircraft on/off ramp area and in/out of hangar.

· Assist with wing-walking duties.

· Provide lavatory and water service as requested.

· Aircraft fueling as requested.

· Provide transportation for passengers/crew if necessary.

· Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo.

· Assist with general cleaning and clearing of debris from ramp and hangar.

· Assist with cleaning of hangar, public and customer areas.

NECESSARY JOB REQUIREMENTS

The following functions are performed in variable weather and environmental conditions such as jet engine fumes, dust, or jet engine noise. Must have ability to:

· Regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time.

· Use hands to handle or feel aircraft parts when vision is limited.

· Reach with hands and arms occasionally over head.

· Be able to communicate in noisy conditions.

· Drive vehicles in areas congested with aircrafts, moving and stationary vehicles and equipment.

· Ability to effectively communicate with customers, clients, management, and other employees.

· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

· Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

· Apply concepts of basic math to perform operations.

Position Requirements

· High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

· Due to heavy interaction with our clients, candidates must possess strong interpersonal, verbal communication and customer service skills.

· Basic computer knowledge and skills required.

· Must possess a valid state Driver's License.

· Must be tactful, courteous, and conscience of client needs.

· Must be detailed oriented.

· Must be able to work in various weather conditions such as snow, sleet, rain, wind and hot or cold temperatures.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80.0 – 90.0 per week
