Role & responsibilities:
- Experience: Minimum 8- 10 years in manufacturing, supply chain, or plant operations.
- Core Skills: Materials management and Production Planning (PP).
- System Skills: SAP modules (MM, PP, and SD) & MS Office.
- Supply Chain: Strong understanding of supply sequence and flow.
- Lean Inventory: Hands-on experience in lean inventory control with minimal variation.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 10 to 20 people effectively.
