Line Supervisor

SUMMARY OF ROLE

Make daily production plan, control (monitor, feedback, coordinate) operation process, according to weekly operation plan, organize employees to complete production tasks in time, implement process quality measures, implement on-site safety management, organize employees to carry out QCC and rationalization proposal activities, improve production efficiency and continuously reduce production cost.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Line meeting with Assistant Line Leaders and with operators.
• Responsible for Manpower Handling, Line balance with equipment and tools also Know how to work in Process.
• Responsible for Daily production report and ISO Document preparation and Provide Production Training for all Assistant Line Leader.
• Responsible for Material inventory and maintain the 6S, on Production Floor and control line rejection for First time right.
• Responsible for on time delivery of products and Discipline among all Operator.
• Responsible for material availability for next day production lot.
• Responsible for completion of daily work orders.
• Encouraged and motivated employees to meet production deadlines and goals.
• Performed troubleshooting on equipment breakdowns and Checked products for quality.
• Made certain employees followed legal rules and safety standard also functioned as an effective employee motivator.
• Daily First hour production meeting for hourly target.
• Coordinated with management and employees toward production line improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Education and Qualification(s)

Diploma or BE (Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication specialization)

Experience:

At least 4 years’ experience in VFD Drives / Electronics / Electrical products background.

Knowledge & Skills

1. Proficient in VFD drive/Electronics Products assembly process and production management.

2. Proficient in planning and logistics management, quality and process management, human resource management, it foundation and other related knowledge and skills;

3. Good communication and coordination ability, strong execution ability, strong management tendency.
