Hours: 16 hours per week

So what does a Linen Porter & Public Area Cleaner do?

• Deliver a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel to create a great guest experience.
• Clean and service guest rooms when required, including bed making, linen changes, dusting, vacuuming and bathroom sanitisation.
• Manage all linen porterage duties, including sorting, counting, recording, storing and issuing linen and towels.
• Wash, process, and store in-house towels to hotel standards.
• Carry out linen inventories and ensure stock is neatly and systematically maintained.
• Monitor and report maintenance or room issues promptly to the relevant team.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and Atlas brand standards across guest and public areas.
• Handle guest complaints using service recovery principles.
