Linen Quality Controller - Washright Services Ltd

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Linen Quality Controller to oversee linen checks, stock records and dispatch coordination. With strong organisational skills and proficiency in Word and Excel, you will help maintain accurate reporting, uphold quality and hygiene standards, and support smooth daily operations while working flexibly across shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise unloading and counting of soiled linens (manual/RFID).
• Record discrepancies and update Laundry Management System (LMS).
• Conduct quality checks on soil and clean linens; prepare weekly reports.
• Oversee loading of clean linens for dispatch and verify documentation/seals.
• Liaise with management on recurring quality issues and share reports.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and proper work area standards.

Profile

• Minimum School Certificate (SC).
• Proficient in IT tools (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Integrity and accountability in handling company data.
• Experience in laundry operations, textiles, or quality inspection preferred.
• Flexible & work on a shift-based system.
