Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of menu items following established recipes and plating standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized station, adhering to food safety regulations
• Complete prep tasks
• Support high-volume service needs by working quickly and accurately during peak periods
• Early mornings/weekends availability

Skills

• Experience in food industry roles with a focus on line cooking or prep
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and hygiene standards
• Ability to follow recipes and ticket times precisely while maintaining consistency
• Excellent communication skills when interacting with team members or guests
• Capable of operating kitchen equipment
• Attention to detail in food presentation and adherence to recipe specifications
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting
