Lingerie Sales Assistant

Job Summary

Lovers is seeking a friendly, professional, and sales-focused Lingerie Sales Assistant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide welcoming and respectful service, assist guests with product selection, offer knowledgeable recommendations, maintain attractive merchandise displays, process sales transactions, and support smooth daily store operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, lingerie, retail, and helping guests feel comfortable and confident with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist guests with selecting lingerie, apparel, accessories, and related products.
• Provide helpful information about product styles, sizes, materials, and features.
• Listen to guest preferences and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain a respectful, discreet, and comfortable shopping environment.
• Operate the POS system and process cash and card payments accurately.
• Maintain organized and attractive merchandise displays.
• Restock lingerie, apparel, accessories, and other retail products.
• Check product presentation, sizing, labeling, and availability.
• Assist with inventory organization and receiving merchandise as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floors, counters, fitting areas, and stock areas.
• Answer guest questions and handle concerns in a polite and professional manner.
• Support promotional displays, seasonal merchandise, and sales activities.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other daily store duties.
• Work closely with team members to provide excellent service and meet store goals.
• Perform other duties assigned by store management.

Requirements

• Previous retail, fashion, lingerie, apparel, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, professional, and respectful attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable assisting guests with personal apparel and sizing questions.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and product presentation.
• Basic POS and cash-handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
