Job Description

We are hiring linguistic telecallers for our team in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. Freshers and experienced candidates with proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, or Gujarati are welcome to apply.

The role involves making outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments, understanding their financial concerns, and providing suitable payment solutions while maintaining professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
• Understand customers’ financial situations and suggest suitable payment solutions.
• Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related concerns professionally.
• Follow up with customers and maintain updated records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable debt collection regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, or Gujarati is required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in the relevant language.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates can also apply.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
