LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to support our US market through LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, prospect conversations, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospects through LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
• Send personalized messages and engage in professional conversations.
• Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings.
• Manage conversations and leads using CRM/outreach tools.
• Use AI tools to improve research, messaging, and productivity.
• Work with the internal team to achieve outreach and sales goals.

Requirements

• 6 months–1 year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Comfortable communicating with US/international prospects.
• Good communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and AI tools.
• Self-driven and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST.

Good to Have

• Experience in B2B sales, Inside Sales, SDR, or Lead Generation.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
