LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

You are the first spark in a client's sales pipeline. Your role is to find the right people on LinkedIn, send connection requests and messages, keep conversations warm, answer early questions, and hand off ready leads to the Sales team. You'll work across real client accounts where your outreach is part of someone's actual pipeline, not busywork.

About you

• At least 1 year in lead generation, cold outreach, appointment setting, or sales
• Comfortable and confident messaging people on LinkedIn
• Strong written English — this is a writing-heavy role
• Self-driven and able to keep your own pipeline moving
