Pavilion Design Consultant is seeking a strategic and creative LinkedIn Marketing with experience in construction estimation and quantity takeoffs. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening the company's LinkedIn presence, building professional connections, generating qualified leads, and promoting services within the construction, architecture, and design industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Identify and connect with potential clients, contractors, architects, developers, and construction professionals.
• Generate qualified business leads through LinkedIn outreach and networking.
• Create engaging posts, industry updates, and promotional content.
• Manage LinkedIn company pages and professional profiles.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
• Track engagement, connection growth, lead generation, and campaign performance.
• Utilize knowledge of construction estimation and quantity takeoffs to target relevant audiences and projects.
• Maintain lead databases and follow up with potential clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing, B2B marketing, or lead generation.
• Experience or working knowledge of construction estimation and quantity takeoffs.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn networking and outreach strategies.
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify target markets and generate qualified leads.
• Good command of English.
