What they need
- Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers on LinkedIn.
- Maintain a lead list with names, companies, roles and outreach status.
- Send personalised connection requests and messages daily.
- Follow up with leads who haven't replied.
- Respond to replies promptly and pass interested leads to the team.
- Engage with relevant posts and help draft simple content for the company page.
- Track outreach activity and report weekly on connections, replies and meetings booked.
- Follow LinkedIn's rules and keep all lead and company information confidential.
