Linkedin Outreach Associate

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven LinkedIn Outreach Associate to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, expanding our professional network, and initiating meaningful conversations with prospective clients through LinkedIn.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about communication, networking, and business development and are eager to gain practical experience in B2B lead generation and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients and decision-makers using LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns by sending personalized connection requests and introductory messages.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects aligned with the company's target market.
• Engage with prospects through professional follow-ups to generate interest and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and lead status using spreadsheets or CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to refine outreach strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Monitor LinkedIn engagement metrics and prepare periodic outreach reports.
• Stay up to date with LinkedIn best practices, social selling techniques, and industry trends.
• Ensure all outreach activities reflect the company's brand image and communication standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience should be 6months+.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
• Strong research, organizational, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Office Timing: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
